The Yankee Stadium 2008 All Star Game Flex Fit Cap (Navy) is a no-brainer purchase for yourself or as a gift. For any baseball fan, attending the final All-Star game at Yankee Stadium would have to be pretty high up on the list of dream events. Whether you attended or not, having a keep-sake like this hat will help any fan cherish the memory of the event.
This hat is one of several styles that were made to commemorate the occasion. The good thing is that this dark cap is more attractive, in my opinion, than the tan ones. Also, this one is "quasi-fitted" and you don't have to worry about those Velcro or other adjustable bands.
The price is also good, considering how expensive caps are these days.
But the "flex fit" design that is supposed to adjust to any sized head is really geared towards those with larger heads. I have an average sized head and this feels like it wouldn't stay on if I had to run while wearing it. So in my case, this will go in the collector's case but won't be worn.
Conclusion
This is a great hat, but may be better suited for collecting than for wearing. Flex fit is best for those with larger heads. All others will have to be happy with the adjustable caps they created in tan colors for the All Star Game.

Unable to attend the final All Star Game at Yankee Stadium, I ordered this fine flex fitted cap as a momento of a great occasion. Ideal price for a quality cap.
